Responsibilities Greeting visitors in person. Greeting callers on the telephone. Directing visitors and attend to their inquiries. Maintaining internal telephone directory and speed dialing codes. Setting up telephone for new employees. Other ad-hoc assignments . Requirements Candidate must posses at least SPM or equivalent. At least 2 years for working experience in related field. Fast learner, independent and self-motivated. Able to work and communicate efficiently with internal and external parties. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Professional attitude and appearance. Resourceful and proactive when issue arises. Customer service attitude.
