- Logistics Activities (50%)
- Maintain the good Service Level to meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Responsible for end-to-end inventory management planning for MRP items from preparing purchase order, shipping arrangement from supplier and ensure the good arrive to the warehouse on time.
- Follow up closely with supplier about the status of purchase order to meet customer expectation.
- Provide delivery status report every week for customer orders.
- Monitor and analyse weekly customer backlogs reports and initiate corrective actions to reduce the backlogs.
- Monitor supplier performance on order delivery.
- Support internal customer service inquiries
- Responsible for end-to-end process of direct delivery request in triangulation, which inclusive getting freight quotation if needed.
- Provide monthly air freight report to Finance team.
- Coordination with warehouse for daily operation to ensure physical inventory is well managed.
- Provide reports and requested information to management as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Customer Service Activities (50%)
- Manage sub-contracting work
- Prepare Weekly Reports
- Ensure all Picklists/Delivery Notes are properly accounted for Audit purpose
- Assist to backup for team members during their absence
- Manage sending of invoices to customers
- Handle all claims (defective claims, short-delivery claims etc)
- Responsible to handle Samples Request
- Focus on day-to-day issues on deliveries to customers
- Monitor day-to day issues on incoming shipments that cause delays to our deliveries to customers
- Responsible for General Enquiries on backorders and delivery lead time
