Job Description

  • Answer customer enquires in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Identify the questions or desires of the customer by good listening and asking clear questions.
  • Provide good customer service with the aid of knowledge gained from the internal training and support systems.
  • Gather documents or all relevant information into the system to insure a high level of service is delivered.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to communicate both verbal and written in English & BM 
  • Willing to work rotating shift basis 
  • Willing to work on weekend and Public Holidays
  • Good to have minimum experience in Customer Support and related experience
  • Proven demonstration of analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Highly organized and service oriented
  • Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.
  • Good comprehension and documentation skills.
