Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the workspace management team, and provide a pleasant, outstanding experience for guest, visitors and also employees of the workplace 
  • Oversee the front office and helpdesk function, while providing required support for cafeteria and pantry operations 
  • Help to shape the future of client experience in the workplace
  • Possess extensive knowledge on office layouts for ushering guests/visitors accurately, and standard operating procedures of daily guest management operations
  • To closely monitor the day-to-day functionality of the facilities, supporting the facilities team
  • Attend meetings with the stakeholders and provide updates on routine/ ad-hoc maintenance tasks
  • Collate preferences of guests or clients, gather feedback gracefully and work on workplace improvements 
  • Assist in generation of monthly reports for account manager’s collation
  • Be accessible and responsive for escalations of all workplace matters 
  • Be the secondary backup for team members, and assist in ad-hoc projects


Personal Experience and Qualifications

  • Showcase of leadership and motivational ability
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with clients 
  • Possesses excellent customer service delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong time management skills and team player.
  • Diploma in Hospitality field and above (preferably from Airlines/Hotels/VIP host)
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of facilities management experience/ exposure
