Able to communicate and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Microsoft Office , Excel
Good telephone etiquette , verbal communication, listening and other professionalism
Professional attitude and appearance (friendly, punctual and neat)
Good time management skills to ensure deadline are met
Able to work and cooperate with team members.
Positive working attitude, responsible and able to work independently
Maintain the cleanliness and manage all office asset and follow the 5S standards
Screen all calls before transferring to the appropriate staff
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
To assist and support the department to ensure smooth operations are maintained at all times
undertaking other ad-hoc duties when required by superior form time to time
To assist on admin function supporting all department
