What you need to do:
Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers. Text/chat is the priority chosen medium for
Attending general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks from customers via live chat, phone
Liaise, manage and maintain good communications in terms of tenancy inquiries and requirements
between landlord and tenants
Managing media, advertisement, listings by landlords and app contents
To exceed customers’ expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements
What we are looking for:
Minimum SPM in any field
Previous experience in customer support role will be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communications in Bahasa Melayu/ English
Motivated, driven and energetic work ethic
Strength in communication and competence in consulting and give accurate directions to customers.
Positive and serving attitude, professionalism, patience, friendliness, and engagement towards
customers, continuously demonstrating confidence, reliability and integrity in difficult situations.
