Tech Terrain College exists to provide Malaysians access to successful futures in high demand industries.

Prosthetics
As a part of the Sales team, you will take ownership of the organization’s sales function. The business will look to you  to implement and execute sales strategies, exceed targets set and to keep the business on a steady path towards its growth goals. TTC intends to double its year-on-year sales for the next three years to become the   Largest Private Hands-on College in Malaysia.   You will be working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and Sales Team Manager to deliver on this ambitious goal.  Your role will include: Smashing monthly student recruitment targets! Planning and executing sales strategies to generate leads.  Providing information and consultation services to prospective students and parents to convert them into enrollments.  Representing the brand in education exhibitions, roadshows and school visits. Exploring & executing new marketing ideas (online & offline) to enhance student recruitment numbers.  Any other tasks that contributes to us hitting our goals! We know that doubling sales three years in a row is no walk in the park. The ideal candidate would be a little nervous and very excited to make this goal possible. To be successful in this role, the following will be essential:  Goal-driven:   You’ve got your eye on the target at all times and you’re highly motivated to achieve what you’ve set out to do. Commission Driven:   You should be a self starter that is keen to earn high commissions by smashing recruitment targets. We would love to see you take home   over RM 2,000 in commissions   monthly! Sales 101:   You should have prior experience with either in-person sales, field sales and/or cold-call sales.  Consultative sales:   You should have experience selling complex products/ services that require a consultative approach Technology savvy:   You use and are savvy with GSuite, MSOffice and sales software. Flexible:   You will be required to work outstation at times and working hours are rostered according to operational need. Possessing your own transport would be a major bonus!
