What you need to do:
Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers. Text/chat is the priority chosen medium for inbound support. Attending general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks from customers via live chat, phone and email Manage feedbacks or complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve issues Tracking and documenting customer data and service issues To exceed customers’ expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements
What we are looking for:
