See www.talentsquare-rpo.com for more information.   If you are result-driven and with a passion for people and organizations, please reach out to us!   TALENT RESEARCH CONSULTANT     Your role As a Talent Researcher you will work on multiple recruitment projects, searching and selecting the best candidates for clients in the region; You will participate in briefings with our clients in order to obtain a detailed and realistic candidate profile and will base your search strategy on this; You will undertake an in-depth research on the client’s market and business environment in order to draw up a list of potential target companies; After identifying the right potential candidates you will conduct a first pre-selection interview to determine the candidate’s suitability for the position; Your follow-up with clients will be thorough and well-prepared, aiming to delivering only excellent results; Your contact with candidates will be professional and respectful, aiming to build up an active network of potential candidates and sources; You will work in a team of highly-educated professionals in an informal and fun working environment.     Your profile You have a BA degree in HR, International Business or Economics. An international degree or experience through an international exchange program is an advantage; You have at least 2 years’ experience. Experience in Recruitment is a plus; You are an IT-literate with excellent knowledge of the latest Internet sourcing techniques and Boolean searches through Google, Yahoo and Live.
