Job Description :   Work closely with customer and vendors to determine the most cost efficient methods to manage them. Efficiently manage operational transactions for vendors: including purchase orders to vendors, shipment tracking, warehouse communications and invoicing. Designing billing and invoicing templates and provide P&L support. Perform labour cost analyses, freight /cost analyses business process analyses. Responsible for validating coding and processing of all expenses. Ensuring all agreed changes to cost models and rates of award are executed correctly and flow to system / manual billing system Month end cost and revenue accruals and adjustments. Performing deep dive analytics for scrutinise performance data, cost variance, test hypothesis and value proposals Own the customer credit files and manage them efficiently on a month to month basis. Work on the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Ad hoc reporting as requested by clients Assist internal and external stakeholders with account enquiries Liaise with internal staff at all levels and support team with administration duties Coordinating the budget process Other duties as directed by the Financial Controller   Job requirements: 3 years’ experience within a solution/ analyst / billing role, preferably gained in a 3PL environment, or similar Min. Tertiary qualification is desirable however extensive industry experience will be considered Extremely proficient attention for detail and accuracy. High level of verbal and written communication skills. High degree of IT literacy including superior skill in Excel. The ability to multi task and to resolve issues in a prompt and accurate manner. Reliable with a strong work ethic. Strong organisational skills Ability to handle high volumes of work with a level head. Job Summary: Develop & administers WebServices/EDI interfaces/API between freight management systems with other enterprise & external systems. Responsible for analyzing, preparing specification mapping and development of interfaces.   Job Responsibilities: Preparation of Web service/EDI Interfaces/API technical spec (70%) Product Support (20%) Possess a detailed level understanding of Supply chain application functionalities Understand Freight Management System (FMS) & Supply Chain Management Enterprise architecture Enhance & Customize SQL queries/function/view for the FMS Assist in developing API for FMS Data Warehouse Assist to troubleshoot interfaces issues. Preparation of Product materials (10%)   Job Requirements: BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines equivalent. At least 2 years working experience in Web Services/EDI Interfaces/API Strong understanding of Interfaces standard, X12, EDIFACT, XML, database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
