Answer customer enquires in a friendly and efficient manner
Identify the questions or desires of the customer by good listening and asking clear questions.
Provide good customer service with the aid of knowledge gained from the internal training and support systems.
Gather documents or all relevant information into the system to insure a high level of service is delivered.
REQUIREMENTS:
Able to communicate both verbal and written in English & BM
Willing to work rotating shift basis
Willing to work on weekend and Public Holidays
Good to have minimum experience in Customer Support and related experience
Proven demonstration of analytical and problem solving skills.
Highly organized and service oriented
Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.
Good comprehension and documentation skills.
